Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

4. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content.
  • License to Us: By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, infringing on others’ rights, or strictly prohibited by App Store/Google Play policies. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases (If Applicable)

Some of our Apps may offer in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions (“Premium Services”).

  • Payment: Payments will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Account Settings after purchase.
  • Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

Our Apps may display content, advertisements, or links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Google AdMob, Analytics). We are not responsible for the availability or content of such third-party services.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPS WILL BE BUG-FREE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONIRIS STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
